Spellfarers Buildings

These buildings make up the town of Wenngrove in Spellfarers, a story rich, magical multiplayer farming sim where I am the sole Environment Artist. Spellfarers is in Early Access until Q1 2025.

My first task on the project was to continue creating a set of modular assets that had been started by another artist, which I would then use to create any number of buildings required for the game. Large wooden beams, some roof sections, and a basic wall already existed, but they were all altered by me as development progressed.

The buildings also have full interior structures, with smaller props (furniture, etc.) being loaded once the player enters a given building. Most of the props were created by our former prop artist, Rebeca Perez, and I added them to building interiors and the surrounding exteriors.

All images were taken in Unity while running Spellfarers, with the buildings isolated in the scene view.

Other structures are forthcoming in future content updates.
